Capitol Enquiry allows User free and paid access to the website services and content. Capitol Enquiry charges a fee to use the website services and content. You are responsible for Capitol Enquiry for any fees applicable to the services you choose. You authorize Capitol Enquiry (or its partners), or its designated payment processor, to charge your specified credit card, debit card or other payment methods for such fees as provided through the registration process. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are in United States dollars, and all charges will be made in United States dollars. Except as required by law, all fees are nonrefundable, including, without limitation. Payment may not be cancelled by the user, except as required by law. However, Capitol Enquiry (or its partners) reserves the right to refuse or terminate any payment at any time in its sole discretion. You understand and agree that if you authorize a payment transaction with your credit card, debit card, or other payment methods, but your charge is rejected for any reason, there may be a hold on your use of the website services for several days.

4. SECURITY

Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any). Capitol Enquiry will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that Capitol Enquiry considers insecure, Capitol Enquiry will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.

Capitol Enquiry also provides extra security to ensure Users account safety through the use of 2FA (two-factor authentication) while accessing their account. All users are endured to enable the 2FA from their account.

You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, Capitol Enquiry reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites to assist them in resolving security incidents. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS CAPITOL ENQUIRY FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY CAPITOL ENQUIRY DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER CAPITOL ENQUIRY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
